I Call It The Poor Man's Massage

Have you heard someone talk about the foam roll? It is an amazing, inexpensive, simple, and portable tool used to relax muscles and relieve tension. I call it the poor man’s massage. It will never be as good as a real massage but it comes close to that and it does wonders for your long term posture and pain relief!

If you feel silly and uncoordinated that is normal. It might be uncomfortable to start but the more you do it the less it hurts. When I say hurt I don’t mean pain.
