Stop Stressing Over the Scale
Five pounds of muscle takes up less space than five pounds of fat. So if the scale is increasing but your clothes are fitting better and your measurements are decreasing then keep up the great work.
If you were to gain 10 lbs and look more like Channing Tatum or Diane Lane that would be ok right? The scale is a number that you should only check on once a month. Otherwise that stupid machine messes with your head and distracts you from your real accomplishments.
