In this workshop we will calculate how much to eat, talk about what to eat, determine the best time to eat, talk about various fasts, fad diets, and long term solutions. Discuss how your body gains weight, loses weight, and how long it will take to reach your goals.Clarify how much cardio is needed, how many days in the gym are best, what crossfit is and how to hide cellulite. All in order to feel good in your body!
